O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner submitted a letter dated 30.10.2023 stating that in view of settlement entered between the Revision Petitioner and Respondent by way of memo of compromise dated 30.10.2023, he requested the Registry to post the above C.R.P. for withdrawal. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption "for withdrawal". When the matter taken up today for hearing, a similar request is made before this court and he has also made endorsement to that effect.

2. The learned counsel appearing for respondent acceded his submissions and submitted that he has no objection for withdrawal of the above C.R.P..

3. In view of the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner as well as respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. 01.11.2023 rpp To Family Court Judge, Tiruvallur.
