This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 131 days in re-presenting the writ petition.

2. A perusal of the affidavit shows that there is no reason stated for such a delay in re-presenting the writ petition.

3. However, considering the delay of 131 days, this Court is inclined to allow the petition on condition.

4. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Court, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
