Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the 1st respondent's notice Nee.ma.oo.thu.na.ka.en.el.e. 6/7/2119/2010, dated 19.07.2010 pertaining to the Shop.No.13, situated at 4th Street, Lake Area, Vaniga Valagam, Zone-VII quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner to run the shop smoothly by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2010. For Petitioner : M/s.I. Arockia Selvaraj For Respondents : Mr.K.Soundararajan

ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the notice of the respondent-Corporation demanding arrears of rent of Rs.16,728/-.

2. The learned counsel for both sides submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner had remitted the entire dues to the respondent-Corporation and he is now paying the enhanced rent to the Corporation.

3. In the light of the above submission, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. Hence the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
