ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to resume the SSSY Family Pension of the petitioner, in respect of PPO No.MHAFF8197428 (Old PPO No.8824-S-1989), SB No.940252506 based on the communication sent by the third respondent to the first respondent dated 09.05.2022.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to submit application seeking to resume his family pension along with all required documents before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy 2/5

of this order. Thereafter, the first respondent is directed to consider the said application within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the application from the petitioner.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
