This petition has been filed to call for the records of the proceedings in Crime No.93 of 2010 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Team 2, St.Thomas Mount, Chennai and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that, investigation in Crime No.93 of 2010 has been completed and the final report in C.C.No.304 of 2011 has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate - I, Poonamallee and the accused have also filed a discharge application in Crl.M.P.No.2384 of 2013. The discharge application was dismissed by the trial Court, aggrieved by which the accused have also filed Crl.R.C.No.34 of 2015 before this Court and the same is pending.

4. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
