This petition is filed to restore the Crl.O.P.No.20139 of 2022 which was dismissed by this Court on 29.08.2022 for non prosecution.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioner and on being satisfied with the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition seeking restoration of Crl.O.P.No.20139 of 2022 to file is allowed.

4. Accordingly, Crl.O.P.No.20139 of 2022 is restored to file.
