ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to amend the 4th Petitioner's name as "Lalitha" instead of "Latha", and the Act "BNS instead of BNSS" in Crl.O.P.No.17084 of 2025 vide order dated 17.06.2025 in Crime No.107 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.
2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in an order dated 17.06.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.17084 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy. Further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17084 of 2025 dated 17.06.2025. 21.07.2025 cda Page No.2 of 4
