This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.104 of 2022 dated 01.06.2022 pending on the file of the second respondent police. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to file final report in Crime No.104 of 2022 , for the offence under Sections 294(b) of IPC and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act,2015 on the file of the second respondent police.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No.104 of 2022, and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4.Recording the same, the 2nd respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
