By this application, the Official Liquidator seeks permission to effect substituted service on the sixth and seventh respondents in C.A.Nos.999 to 1002 of 2011.

2. Upon notice being sent to the said respondents earlier, such notices were returned with the endorsement 'left'.

3. In the report filed in support of this application, the Official Liquidator states that substituted service is required only in respect of the Max-Kattupuli Project. The sixth respondent is based in Kapurthala, Punjab and the seventh respondent in Panchkula, Haryana.

4. By taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and 1/3

circumstances, this application is allowed by permitting the Official SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J kal Liquidator to effect substituted service on the sixth and seventh respondents in C.A.Nos.999 to 1002 of 2011 by publication in one English daily and one Vernacular daily with circulation in Kapurthala, Punjab and Panchkula, Haryana by specifying the next date of hearing as 23.10.2024. The costs of the application and the publication shall be incurred from and out of the funds of the company in provisional liquidation.
