This petition is filed to punish the respondent for committing willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.11375 of 2023, dated 24.04.2023.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public
Prosecutor submitted that the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Erode, conducted enquiry and after enquiry, he came to the conclusion that in view of the fact that no documents had been produced by the petitioner in connection with the alleged chit transaction and that the respondent therein had executed five sale deeds in favour of the petitioner in connection with the chit transaction, the complaint was closed with a direction to the parties to approach the Court for appropriate remedy. 3.In view of the said conclusion by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Erode, this Court is of the view that there is no need to pass any further orders in this petition. Therefore, this petition is closed.
