This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a complaint given by the petitioner against K.Marappan, petition enquiry in CSR No.356 of 2016 is pending and on the complaint given by K.Marappan against the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR No.397 of 2016 is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
