This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.9955 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12417 of 2023, dated 21.07.2023, that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police on alternate days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders to report before the committal Court namely, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the condition to appear before the respondent Police on alternate days at 10.30 a.m. may be modified to the effect that petitioners may be directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore. 3.In the circumstances stated in the petition, this Court modifies the condition that petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore, at 10.00 a.m. on alternate working days until further orders.
