CMP.Nos.4756, 4757 and 4758 of 2024 in O.P.No.493 of 2022 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., These applications are filed (i) to condone the delay of 358 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st petitioner - S.Sankari (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st petitioner and (iii) to bring the proposed petitioner herein as the rank her as 4th petitioner as legal representatives of the deceased 1st petitioner on record in the above Original petition. 2.Heard both sides. The factum of the death of the 1st petitionerS.Sankari, in the Original Petition and her legal representative is not in dispute. 3.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the applicant, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications, all these applications are allowed as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title, within a period of two weeks.
