This petition has been filed seeking to amend the Crime Number as 18 of 2025 instead of Crime No. Not known of 2025 and to amend the offences as Section 8 of the POCSO Act, 2012 and Section 351(2) of BNS, 2023 instead of Sections 296(b), 115(2), 351(2) of BNS read with Section 4 of TNPHW and Section 12 of the POCSO Act in the original petition in Crl.O.P.No.17654 of 2025.
