(The case has been heard through video conference) In Crl.O.P.No.21100 of 2021, the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.10.2021 for the offence under Sections 4(1)(aaa), read with 4(1-A) of TNP Act, in Crime No.526 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. In Crl.O.P.No.21103 of 2021, the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.09.2021 for the offence under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1)(i), read with 4(1-A) of TNP Act, in Crime No.1052 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
