PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent police to register a case in compliance with the order passed by the Hon'ble Metropolitan Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.650 of 2021 dated 27.09.2021 and further pleased to direct the respondent police file a First Information Report by passing suitable order.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case in compliance with the order passed by the Hon'ble Metropolitan Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.650 of 2021 dated 27.09.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Thelearned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.28 of 2021 has been registered for the offences under Sections 498, 406, 354 & 506(i) IPC and the same is under investigation.
