This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.10438 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14748 of 2022 dated 27.06.2022, passed by this Court to report before the Inspector of Police, T4-Maduravoyal Police Station, Chennai, on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.10438 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14748 of 2022 dated 27.06.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Committal Court on all hearing dates. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
