ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 498(A), 294 (b), 406, 506(1) IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act 1961, in Crime No.16 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the marriage of the petitioner and the defacto complainant was performed in the year 2019. Thereafter there is no compatibility between them and it is alleged that the petitioner demanded more dowry. Hence, the defacto complainant filed a complaint before the Law Enforcing Agency. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is no way connected to the case and he has been falsely implicated in this case. However, he prays for anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this already dismissed the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18243 of 2021 dated 30.09.2021 and this is the second bail application. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegation leveled against the petitioner and that this already this Court has dismissed the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
