The Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the Respondents from transferring the Petitioner, who has physically disability, to the hill station based on the hill station https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

rotation transfer for the academic year 2019-2020 by considering the representation dated 11.07.2019 made by the Petitioner within the time frame fixed by the Court.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the relief sought in the Writ Petition does not remain for consideration and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
