This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13365 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed in Spl.C.C.No.172 of 2023 before the Special Court for exclusive trial under NDPS Act cases, Salem.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13365 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Special Judge for exclusive trial under NDPS Act cases, Salem, on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
