This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.31 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has already been completed in Crime No.31 of 2011 and charge sheet was also made ready on 18.12.2013 itself. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks time for filing the said charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pappireddipatti.

3.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the first respondent is directed to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
