ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandumus, directing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry in the complaint dated 07.08.2021 filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same by way of a final order after giving opportunities for both parties to be heard within a time frame which may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.K.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.08.2021, after issuance of notice to the respondents 2 to 8, after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
