The petition in Crl.M.P.No.12162 of 2023 has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 12.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15210 of 2023. The petition in Crl.M.P.No.12163 of 2023 has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for like sum of the satisfaction of the respondent Police, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15210 of 2023 dated 12.07.2023
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by an order dated 12.07.2023, had granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15210 of 2023 with a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum of the satisfaction of the respondent Police. He further submitted that the petitioner is not having any document to produce to show his means for Rs.25,000/- and thereby, the petitioner was unable to furnish the sureties before this Court and thereby, he seeks for modification of the condition and also extension of time to comply with the condition. 3.Heard both sides.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. However, a further period of two weeks is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed and no further extension will be granted.
5. In view of the above, Crl.M.P.No.12162 of 2023 is ordered and Crl.M.P.No.12163 of 2023 is dismissed.
