O R D E R
This petitioner, who is an accused in Crime No.81 of 2025, investigated by the Thammampatti Police was arrested on 03.03.2025 and thereafter, he had filed bail application on 23.05.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.1312 of 2025. The Sessions Judge by an order dated 23.05.2025, had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition that the petitioner to appear before the Thammampatti Police daily at 10.00.a.m., ( for a period of 30 days) and after 30 days compliance of condition, the very next day (ie., on 31 st day) weekly once one every Monday at 10.00.a.m., ( for a period of on month) thereafter, every month 1st and 16th day at 10.00.a.m., ( till the filing of charge sheet.

It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is unable to comply with the conditions for the reason that the petitioner had already been arrayed as an accused in S.C.No. 30 of 2020, in which the petitioner had filed bail petition in Crl.M.P.No.1369 of 2025. The II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur by an order dated 06.06.2025 granted bail to the petitioner with a condition that the petitioner 2/5
shall appear before the Velampalayam Police Station daily at 10.00.a.m., until further orders. Now, the petitioner is unable to comply both the conditions and hence he had been complying before the Velamapalayam Police Station. Thereafter, petitioner had filed modification petition in C.M.P.No.1803 of 2025, wherein the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem had dismissed the modification petition finding that the petitioner had not complied with the condition even for a single day. He further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to continue to appear before the Velamapalayam Police Station daily.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, investigation in Crime No.81 of 2025 on the file of Thammampatti Police has been completed and charge sheet also ready.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the Velamapalayam Police Station daily at 10.00.a.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and also appear before the Sessions Court in connection with Thammampatti Police Station on all hearing dates without fail.
