This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph No.5 (C) that petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.16218 of 2023 dated 21.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
