ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the proposal submitted by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.H/3350/2022, dated 07.11.2022, for promoting the petitioner as "Sector Health Nurse" in Tiruppur Municipal Corporation and approve the same.

2.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that despite the fact that the 3rd respondent recommended the petitioner for being promoted to the post of Sector Health Nurse by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.H/3350/2022, dated 07.11.2022, no order has been passed till date. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that there is no dispute with regard to recommendation made by the 3rd respondent and the same is pending with the 2nd respondent for passing appropriate order. 4.Considering the limited relief as sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the proposal sent by the 3rd respondent and pass order on merits, within a month, from the Page No.2 of 4

date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
