ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the first respondent to issue No Objection Certificate (NOC) in respect of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims that he is unable to register the property in favour of the third parties since NOC is sought for by the Registration Department from the first respondent. In view of the same, the petitioner has given a representation on 04.04.2025 to the first respondent seeking for issuance of NOC. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Till date, no counter has been filed by the respondents in this writ petition.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2025, seeking for issuance of NOC as sought for by the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.
