2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants. Though notice has been served on the contesting respondent, there is no representation for them.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
