Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 3 and 4 herein to initiate necessary action to cancel the Sale Deed No.5209 of 2010 dated 13.10.2010, Sale Deed No.6571 of 2010 dated 13.12.2010, Sale Deed No.3291 of 2012 dated 04.05.2012 and Settlement Deed No.8426 of 2015 dated 27.10.2015 respectively all registered on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Padappai, pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2023 in respect of the property all that piece and parcel of vacant land situated in No.95, Naduveerapattu Village, comprised in Survey No.54/2B2 bearing Patta No.356, measuring Acre 0.20 cents together with 1/4th share in the well within the limits of Kundrathur Panchayat Union, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District within the Sub Registration District of Padappai and Registration District of Chennai South.

ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to initiate action to cancel the Sale Deed No.5209 of 2010 dated 13.10.2010, Sale Deed No.6571 of 2010 dated 13.12.2010, Sale Deed No.3291 of 2012 dated 04.05.2012 and Settlement Deed No.8426 of 2015 dated 27.10.2015 respectively, registered on the file of the SubRegistrar, Padappai, pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2023.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader, based on the written instructions given by the District Registrar (Administration), South Chennai, vide letter dated 08.09.2023, has stated that the application submitted by the petitioner was returned on the ground that the petitioner has failed to produced the relevant documents for the purpose of considering the application.
3. Since the petitioner has not submitted any documents and relevant records for the purpose of considering the application, the authority has returned the same.
4. In view of the above fact, the petitioner is at liberty to re-present the application along with all relevant documents to the competent authority and in such event, the authority competent shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law.
5. With these observations, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 11.09.2023 Index:Yes Speaking order veda/hvk
