Respondents Appeal under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, against the order dated 21.01.2016 made in W.P.No.1989 of 2016. Petition filed u/a 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent herein to dispose of petitioner representation dated 26.10.2015 within a stipulated time frame.

JUDGMENT

The appellant/third party, having been aggrieved by the order passed in the writ petition at the instance of the first respondent/writ petitioner directing the fourth respondent herein to dispose of her representation dated 26.10.2015, has filed this writ appeal, on the ground that the order has been obtained without https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

impleading him as a party to the writ petition and suppressing the proceedings pending in second appeal before this Court against the subject matter.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Special Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the respondents 2 to 4, we dispose of this writ appeal with liberty to the appellant to raise all the contentions before the fourth respondent authority, who shall pass appropriate orders, after hearing the appellant and the first respondent/writ petitioner, in accordance with law. Consequently, C.M.P.No.10811 of 2016 is closed. No costs.
