ORDER
The petitioner having found that there is a vacancy for Noon Meal Assistant at Anganvadi Centre near her house, submitted an application on 27 June 2012 to the second respondent to consider her case for appointment. Since the said post was reserved for Backward https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Class Community, she was denied appointment. The present request is to direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of her representation dated 10 July 2012 and to give her appointment at Vathizahtapuram Village under reserved category.
2. There is no question of directing the second respondent to consider representation and to give appointment to the petitioner.
3. The petitioner is permitted to make an application, in case the second respondent or any other competent authority issues notification for appointment to the post of Noon Meal Assistant. In case any such application is made pursuant to the notification, the same should be considered and disposed of by the concerned authority taking into account the plea made by the petitioner that she is a member of a notified community.
4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
