This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.09.2021 and investigate the same expeditiously. 2.The grievances of the petitioner is that in front of his shopping complex some persons have placed a huge Advertisement Board by covering the entire shop of the petitioner and the same has caused great loss to the petitioner. In view of the same, the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 10.09.2021, thereafter, no action has been taken by the respondent police.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that now the obstructing advertisement board illegally placed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

front of the petitioner's shop has been removed by the respondent police.

4.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
