To issue an order,Writ or any other direction particularly a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent herein in Na. Ka. No.12118/D1/2011 dated 13.9.2011 and quash para 22 of the said impugned proceedings in so far as the petitioner is concerned and to issue consequential directions to the respondents herein promoting the petitioner as Tamil Pandit/Middle School Headmistress from the year 2012 on par with her junior in the Thalainyaru Union and to award all service and monetary benefits including seniority.

JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K. SASIDHARAN,J.] The learned Government Advocate, by placing reliance on the Government Order in G.O.Ns.No.165 School Eduation 3(1) Department dated 15.10.2014, fairly submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ appeal, in view of the subsequent decision taken by the Government, whereby and whereunder, Government indicated that the two years Diploma in Teahcer Training, obtained prior to 1987 after passing 10th Standard, shall be considered as equivalent to +2(Higher Secondary).

In view of the Government Order referred to above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ appeal. 3.
