Heard Mr. T.Vijayshankar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mrs. P.T.Ramadevi, Learned Counsel for the First to Fifth Respondent and Mr. S.Yashwanth, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Sixth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Petitioner has challenged Notification dated 20.07.2023 to the open tender for the Project No. A1/18977/2023 for the Respondents, in this Writ Petition.

It is informed that though the tender had been awarded to lowest tenderer, it has been subsequently cancelled by Order dated 08.09.2023 in Ma.A.10 Na.Ka.No.A1/18977/2023 and its copy has been produced. 4.
In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but it would not preclude the Petitioner, if he still has any other grievances, from working out his remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. 3/6
