M.Chellaiah (Deceased) v. The Tamilnadu Slum Clearance

This petition has been filed by the petitioners/the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant, namely, M.Chellaiah to substitute them in the writ appeal as appellants 2 to 5, in the place of the deceased appellant.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, we inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment.
