These petitions are filed to condone the delay in paying the deficit Court fee.

Heard Ms.Y.Kavitha, learned counsel appearing for M/s.P.V.S.Giridhara Associates, for the petitioners and Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) for the first respondent.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay in paying the deficit Court fee is condoned.

Accordingly, these petitions stand ordered.
