The petitioner has filed the present petition to transfer the case in C.C.No.17 of 2009 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirupattur, Vellore to any other Court in and nearby Madurai District.

When the matter was posted on 09.12.2014, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was ordered to be posted on 11.12.2014 under the caption " for dismissal". Again when the matter was posted on 16.12.2016, there was no representation for the petitioner and matter was ordered to be listed after one week under the same caption " for dismissal ".

Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
