Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the Commissioner of Agriculture, Chennai, the second respondent herein made in Letter No.GES2/125534/2011 dated 24.08.2012, quash the same and direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein to post the petitioner herein as Assistant Director of Agriculture (E.D) in the office of the third respondent (TNSFAC), Guindy, Chennai and consequently direct the respondents herein to treat the period from the date of promotion as Assistant Director of Agriculture till date of joining the post at Pernamallur as compulsory wait and disburse all the arrears of salary due to the petitioner within a short date that may be fixed by this Court.
