ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners/accused to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.222 of 2025 dated 06.06.2025 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram, through e-filing on 18.06.2025.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

5. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
