ORDER

Heard Mr.S.Tamilselvan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The revision has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of O.S.No. 73 of 2023 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tambaram

3. The revision petitioner/plaintiff has filed a suit for recovery of possession, damages, use and occupation from the respondent/tenant.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the revision, notice to respondent is dispensed with.

5. The revision petitioner has sought for recovery of possession of the property belonging to him. The Trial in the suit has already commenced and it is in the stage of cross of P.W.1.

6. In the light of the above, this Court is inclined to allow the civil revision petition with direction to learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram to expedite the trial in O.S.No.73 of 2023 and dispose of the suit on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

7. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
