ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner alleges encroachment on the lake by the fourth respondent.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that on

16.08.2023, the encroachment by way of M sand waste made by the fourth respondent on the lake was removed by the Revenue Inspector.

4. In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
