This Writ Petition has been filed seeking directions to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2025. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner wants to demolish his shop situated in his patta land and alter the same, for which, the private respondent herein is creating trouble. Therefore the petitioner gave representation dated 13.05.2025 seeking police protections, but no order has been passed on the same. Hence the present writ petition.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner and the third respondent were called for enquiry and both appeared and the dispute between both the parties is civil nature and hence they were directed to approach the Civil Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that the petitioner gave representation dated 2/4

13.05.2025 and even though the learned Government Advocate submitted that enquiry has been conducted and directed the parties to approach the Civil Court, till date no order is passed on the petitioner's representation. Hence, the respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2025 and pass orders on the same in accordance with law.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition shall stand disposed of. .
