Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry and pass an appropriate order on the basis of the proceedings in O.M. (A2)19311/2021 passed by the first respondent dated 31.07.2021 and consequently cancel the patta issued in favour of the third respondent in patta No.639 in survey No.374/1 to the extent of 545 sq.mtr situates in Nagar Village, Marakkanam Taluk, Villupuram District, within the time frame.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry and pass an appropriate order on the basis of the proceedings in O.M. (A2)19311/2021 passed by the first respondent dated 31.07.2021 and consequently cancel the patta issued in favour of the third respondent in patta No.639 in survey No.374/1 to the extent of 545 sq.mtr situates in Nagar Village, Marakkanam Taluk, Villupuram District, within the time frame.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, as directed by the first respondent in proceedings No.O.Mu.(A2)19311/2021 dated 31.07.2021, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
