W.P. 48818 of 2006 : This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records in the proceedings dated 07.01.2006 on the file of the 1st respondent in the matter of appointment of 4th respondent to the post of Tamil Pandit and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to promote the appoint the petitioner to the post of Tamil Pandit in the vacancy caused by the retirement of Mrs. K.R. I was holding the post of Tamil Pandit and pay the arrears of salary and allowances to the petitioner.
