J U D G M E N T
When the case was taken up for hearing on 16.8.2021, this Court directed the learned counsel for the appellants to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondents 1 and 3 before the next hearing date and if steps are not taken, the Second Appeal shall stand automatically dismissed for non-prosecution as against 1st and 3rd respondent. 2.Today, when the case was taken up for hearing the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
counsel for the appellants submitted that though he informed the appellants for taking steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondents 1 and 3, the appellants are not interested to pursue the matter further. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant this Second Appeal is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
