This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 01.08.2023 in CSR.No.399 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

3.In view of the above, it is made clear that the respondent police will not interfere with the dispute among the parties which, on the face of it, looks like a landlord and tenant dispute.
