This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.02.2019.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the second respondent police on 14.02.2019 and CSR No.65 of 2019 assigned. Thereafter, no action has been taken by the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and Crime No.670 of 2021 has been registered on 23.11.2021, for offence under Sections 406, 420, 468 and 471 IPC. In view of the same nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. 4.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
