The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to immediately de-freeze the petitioner's current Account bearing No.912020033449195 and remove the lien placed on Savings Account No.424010100092278.

2. According to the petitioner, on the instructions given by the 2nd respondent, the first respondent-Bank freezed the account of the petitioner, without proper verification of the complaints or investigation and thereby, the petitioner is put to great hardship.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the submissions of both sides, this Court is of the view that as the first respondent-Bank freezed the account of the petitioner based on the instructions of respondents-Police 2 to 4, who are outside the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court cannot give any positive direction to the first respondent - Bank to defreeze the account of the petitioner, without knowing the nature and stage of the complaint. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
