ORDER

Eventhough the prayer is made to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.18642 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.1234 of 2022 dated 08.12.2022, considering the physical condition that is pleaded on behalf of the petitioner, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court once in six months. The petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of the month of August 2025 and thereafter, follow the six monthly cycle until further orders. 09-07-2025 ep

3. In view thereof, the order passed in this matter on 09.07.2025 shall stand corrected. Therefore, instead of 'the first working day of the month of August, 2025', the same shall be read as 'the first working day of the month of October, 2025'.

4. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy.
