ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case in connection with the above said complaint dated 21.11.2020 bearing C.S.R.No.424 of 2020.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in this case, CSR.No.424 of 2020 was assigned, enquiry was conducted and the petition is closed on 21.11.2021 and the petitioner is not required for any further enquiry. Further, he submitted that the counter complainant earlier lodged a case against the petitioner and a case has been registered in Crime No.635 of 2020, in which, investigation was completed and charge sheet has been filed, which is pending trial in C.C.No.4582 of 2021 before the II Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai and the petitioner is a accused in that case.
